"PZU SA" company is interested for "Danube insurance" and "Triglav insurance" - they are ready to pay 4,9 billions USD

Polish insurance company "PZU SA" is ready to give 4,9 billions USD for the purchase of "Danube insurance" and "Triglav insurance".

As it was explained in the media, Executive Director of Polish insurance company, Angey Klesik, said that the purchase of insurance companies in Serbia and Slovenia was very interested to them, as those markets were soon to become interesting targets for taking over.

Namely, Serbian Government is planning to sell 'Danube insurance' in the next year, even tough it is still not decided how this privatization would be realized.
