Second tender published for "Mostogradnja" - September, 26th, deadline for submission of offers

Agency for privatization has published today (July, 30th, 2008) for the second time, tender for construction company, 'Mostogradnja' from Belgrade, and final deadline for submission of offers is September, 26th.

A package of 164.937 shares is offered, with unit accounting value of 2.641,5 RSD, which is actually a package of 53,29% of shares.

The condition that must be fullfilled by potentil buyers is involvement in construction (bridges, tunnels, viaducts, traffic roads, railways), for at least 3 previous years constantly and a business profit of at least 350 millions EUR.

It is also possible to have experience only in construction of bridges for the last 3 business years, with a condition to have made business profit of at least 150 millions EUR.

Tender documentation will be available from August, 6th, and it is necessary to give a deposit or auction guarantee in the amount of 300.000 EUR.

Tender for "Mostogradnja" was published in November, 2007, and Agency for privatization declared it unsuccessful at the end of the March of 2008, as there weren't interested buyers.
