Best bid for hotel Moskva arrived from Netwest finance, agent - “Mile Dragić” Zrenjanin

The improved bids of Lithuanian Ukio Banko Investment Group, Italian consortium Serbia, company Netwest Finance and Delta M have been opened in the premises of the Securities Commission, whereas Balkan Midland and Domikor LTD Cyprus gave up further competition. The best offer was given by company Netwest finance that offered 14,137 CSD per stock for 51% of shares of the hotel. UKIO offered 7,450 CSD per stock for 43-51%, consortium Serbia – 9,058.96 CSD per stock for 29 - 51% of stocks. Delta M offers 9,301 CSD per stock for 29 - 51% of stocks.

It is interesting that the agent of Netwest finance is Mile Dragić, well-known manufacturer of military and police equipment from Zrenjanin. (Glas javnosti, 6.08.2005)
