The Director of the Fund for Reform of of Army of SCG, Vladan Živulović, announced that 4 foreign companies and banks were interested in participation in that tender. The most interested among them is Hypo Alpe-Adria bank, certain American investors and businessmen from Podgorica. (locations: fortress on Arza, Lazine, Rose, sap for entrance and maintenance of submarines, Kumbor - 300,000 square meters)
