What is GSP Belgrade worth?

The public transport company GSP Belgrade is looking for a valuer of its real estate, facilities, equipment and assets on the date of January 1, 2017.

The final deadline for the evaluation, defined within the public invitation, is December 2017.

The valuer is to estimate the value of the property and goods used by GSP (regardless of who owns them), by first evaluating the property owned by the City or GSP separately, then evaluating the goods invested in the capital assets, for which the ownership rights have been transferred to PUE GSP Belgrade, and then the participation of the City, the founder, in the total assets of the company. The supplier is obliged to estimate fair values of each position subject to the evaluation individually, as well as to recapitulate between the estimated and the book value.

The approximate book value of the real estate, facilities, equipment and assets of GSP on December 31, 2016, amounted to around EUR 230 million, the documentation states.

The bid submission deadline is August 28, 2017, and the opening of the bids is to take place on the same date.
