Strategy of maintenable development of SO Novi Becej adopted for the period of 2008-2013

Great geographic position and good traffic infrastructure, including the river Tisa, along with agricultural land suitable for production of oils and bio-mass, are all advantages of Novi Becej, as it was stated in the Development Startegy of this Municipality.

The Strategy of maintenable development of Novi Becej Municipality for 2008-2013, which was adopted on the Parliament's assembly on July, 24th, determines the priorities and gives out a message for coming of potential investors, stated Municipality's President, Milivoj Vrebalov.

Besides thermal waters, earth gas resource and other natural resources for manufacture of construction material, Novi Becej is also known by a special nature reservoir - Slano kopovo and by Perl island. Along with all that, its cultural-historical heritage and well known hospitality, makes potential to attract investors and for tourism development, as the Strategy marks.
