Public invitation for "Fabrika kotrljajucih lezajeva" from Temerin

Agency for privatization published today (July, 25th, 2008) public invitation for sale of "Fabrika kotrljajucih lezajeva" (FKL) from Temerin, which is one of the most successful companies out of metal complexes, in Vojvodina, as in their results and exported products.

70% of the capital is offered for sale, and the deadline for submission of obligatory offers is October, 13th.

The right for application has each company which is involved in the production of machines and parts, for at least three business years, with a profit of minimum 14 millions EUR in 2007.

Tender documentation will be available for all interested parties from August, 11th, and precondition for submission of offers will be a deposit or auction guaranty in the amount of 200.000 EUR.
