"Dunav film" at auction on September, 19th - starting price 1,34 mil EUR

Agency for privatization will offer on September, 19th, at auction, company for movies production "Dunav film" for the starting price of 25,4 millions RSD.

Total estimated value of the capital to be privatized is 105,9 millions, which is about 1,34 mil EUR, which is 76,18% of entire company's capital.

Most important property owned by the company if office space in Ruzveltova St. 45, and garages in Albanske spomenice St. 19. They also have equipment - projectors, film cameras, computer equipment and office furniture.

For participation at the auction a deposit of 12,7 millions RSD should be paid, and minimum proposed investments in the company should be 1,015 million RSD.

Total business profit of "Dunav film" in 2007 was 5,24 millions RSD, and 9,10 millions RSD were expenses.
