Veterinary stations from Gornji Milanovac, Cuprija and Aleksinac at auction on September, 19th

Agency for privatization of Serbia, announced today (July, 24th, 2008) that it would offer three veterinary stations - from Gornji Milanovac, Aleksinac and Cuprija, at an auction on September, 19th.
As it was published in tender, in the daily newspapers "Politika", Veterinary station Gornji Milanovac would be offered for the starting price of 6 millions RSD, and estimated value is 37,7 millions RSD. The buyer will be in obligation to invest 652.000 RSD, and participation deposit for the auction is 3 millions RSD. This veterinary station made profit in 2007 of about 8,7 millions RSD, and had expenses of about 12 millions RSD.
Starting price for Aleksinac based Veterinary station will be 1,8 millions RSD, and estimated value is 11,6 millions RSD. The buyer will have to invest another 421.000 RSD, and participation deposit is 926.000. Aleksinac based station reached profit of 9,9 millions RSD in the last year, and had expenses of 8,3 millions RSD.
Cuprija Veterinary station will be offered by the starting price of 4,6 millions RSD, and estimated value is 19 millions RSD. Participation deposit for the auction is 2,3 millions RSD, and the buyer has to invest 252.000. This station had 4,2 millions RSD profit, and expenses of about 3 millions RSD.
Application deadline is September, 11th.
