Signed contract about reconstruction of production plants of "Jugoremedija" - Zrenjanin based factory will invest 8,3 millions EUR in rehabilitation

"Jugoremedija", factory of medicines, and Belgrade based company "Energoprojekt industrija", signed today (July, 24th, 2008), a contract about reconstruction of production plants, in which Zrenjanin based factory will invest 8,3 millions eur.

The contract, which would increase the production and possibilities for international acknowledgement certificate, was signed by the General Manager of "Jugoremedija", Snezana Sarovic and by the Director of "Energoprojekt industrija", Bogosav Jankovic.

With a small reminder that "Jugoremedija" hadn't have any investments since 1986, Management Board President, and Small share holders Union President, Zdravko Deuric estimated that these investments on 7.100 sqm, would help in finding of a strategic partner from May, of the next year, and much better tender sale of the factory, in which the state owns 41% of the capital.

The reconstruction will be made in the plants for production of solid and half-solid forms of medications, of primary and secondary packing, where the production would be paused for another 8 months.

"Jugoremedija" claims that during this time, there will be no insufficiency of the medications on the market, as in the special campaign there were 7 millions packages produced. The production in other parts of the factory will not be interupted during these investment works.
