Negotin based "Zidar" published offer for taking over Belgrade company "Novi autoput

"Zidar" company from Negotin announced today (July, 24th, 2008) intentions to take over construction company "Novi autoput" from Belgrade.

As it was announced in the publication in the daily newspapers "Politika", "Zidar" has intentions to take over at least 51% of this company, which is 112.439 shares, and most 100%, which is 220.468 shares.

As it was stated in the stock-exchange brochure, "Novi autoput" has a factory in Kumodraz, and has 35-40 workers. In 2006 it had a loss of 7,2 millions RSD.

The price of this company's shares on July, 23rd, was 160 RSD.

"Zidar" company is involved in construction of objects and in wholesale and retail trade.
