As eKapija learns from representatives of the local self-government, the Turkish company is currently reconstructing a factory hall in Minicevo, and the monthly rent is EUR 500. Denim Trend will employ 100 people there, and the plan is to also open a facility in Knjzevac, where 70 people are to be employed.
Interviewing potential candidates, both those with experience and those who need training, is currently in progress, says the Municipality of Knjazevac.
They add that the Turkish investor plans to buy out the factory hall in Minicevo in the coming period as well.
Denim Trend has not been active in Serbia so far, but it has been present in Bulgaria. The Turkish company exports to more than 40 countries of the world and has contracts signed with Levis, Pierre Cardin, Scotch and Soda, Zara...
Minicevo is located between Knjazevac and Zajecar.
