THE COMPANY "DELTA MAXI" BOUGHT ALBANIAN COMPANY "EUROMAX"

"Delta Maxi" the company from Belgrade bought the company "Euromax" from Albania, but this contract has not been verified by the Albanian authorities in charge for the competition protection, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce published this news at its web site quoting the Albanian media.

Albanian company "Euromax" is export-import company, primarily of the foodstuff, and it is in a posession of a chain of the shops (17 in total) in Tirana, Drac, Elbasan and Fier.

The company was the first one that has opened the hypermarket in Albania in 2005.

"Delta Maxi" has announced long ago that they will spread their business in the surrounding countries in the Region, so after establishing the position in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bulgaria, they spread their business in Albania. Until 2012 they have been planning the extension of their business on the markets of Croatia, Moldova and Romania.
