"Delta holding" company in the ownership of Miroslav Miskovic, gave up the founding of a "low-cost" airways company "Air Maxi" due to the unfulfilled contract commitments of one of the partners in the business, company "Aviogenex". "Air Maxi", led by the former general manager of "JAT Airways" Predrag Vujovic, was supposed to start functioning in summer 2005.

Namely, "Aviogenex" has not provided one out of the total of 2 airplanes for the joint company "Air Maxi". Vjekoslav Mihajlovic, performer of the general manager of "Aviogenex", said that this company would continue with the activities of introducing the planes into the traffic, and that they had already given a deposit for one plane of "Boing 737" type.
