Second sale of 400-space garage in Baba Visnjina Street advertised – Starting price of Vracar parking lot EUR 3.6 million

The second sale of the over/underground garage at 38 Baba Visnjina Street in the Belgrade neighborhood of Vracar has been advertised. As stated in the ad, the garage has six underground levels, a ground level and five above-ground levels.

The sale has been advertised as part of the procedure of the enforcement creditor, Piraeus Bank, against the debtor, Titan Developments.

The value of the immovable property is EUR 7.2 million, and the second public bidding features a starting price at 50% of the estimated value, amounting to EUR 3.6 million.

The public bidding will take place on July 17, at 1 p.m, at the office of public enforcement officer Marko Vukicevic, at 165 A Mihajla Pupina Boulevard, New Belgrade.

The construction of this garage started in 2009, and, as shown following its completion, it features full video-surveillance coverage, a fire protection system, two elevators and as many as 23 toilet facilities. The parking lot capacity is 400 spaces.

The project was co-financed by the Greek Titan Development and Piraeus Bank.

The parking Service initiated the process of a public-private partnership in 2014 and signed an agreement with Titan on managing the parking spaces, whereas both parties had the obligation of maintenance, as well as the right to exploit the newly built facility and share the profit. The garage was put into operation in late 2015.
