Auction sale of Free zone Prahovo on September 19

- Auction sale of Free zone "Prahovo" is scheduled for September 19 and starting price will be 16.4m RSD - Privatization Agency announced yesterday.

Estimated value of 70% of capital of the company that is offered for sale is 68.4m RSD, that is, about 865,000 EUR. All potential buyers interested in participation in the auction should pay the deposit in amount of 8.2m RSD, and the buyer's obligation is to invest minimum of 266,000 RSD.

Free zone Prahovo deals with real estate, storage space and warehouse lease, reloading of freight and river transportation services. It owns a business building at 169 square meters and the land at about 106,000 square meters. The company now has only one employee, it had no incomes last year, while the expenses amounted to 1.6m RSD.
