Apartments in Palville Apartments tourist complex in Palic for sale

The enforcement creditor Heta Real Estate from Belgrade has put real estate within the Palville Apartments tourist complex, located at Lake Palic, up for sale through public bidding (auction).

The object of the sale are apartments within the 3-floor residential-office facility, with an outdoor pool, built in the authentic style of Palic mansions and consisting of four units, units A, B and C, comprising the residential-office building, the building no. 1, and unit D, comprising the residential-office building, the building no. 2, as well as the pool, comprising the building no. 3.

The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a view to the atrium and the pool.

Palville Apartments are located in close proximity to the spa and Lake Palic. The complex features 4-star apartments of 24 to 63 m2 and twin bedrooms of the average size of 27 m2.

All apartments come with designated parking spaces, and the complex also features a restaurant, an outdoor pool with a hydromassage pool, a lobby bar, a pool bar, a wellness and spa center with a steam sauna and a Finnish sauna and a jacuzzi.

The public sale will take place on July 17, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the office of public enforcement officer Aleksandar Vuckovic, in Subotica, at 1 Petra Drapsina Street. The initial price is 70% of the estimated value of the said real estate. The estimated values range from RSD 2 million to RSD 18.6 million, and the starting prices range from RSD 1.44 million to RSD 13 million.
