Minority package of stocks of "Medifarm" on auction on July 29

The Share Fund of Serbia has announced that it will offer 11.6% of stocks of company for trade in pharmaceutical products "Medifarm" for sale on July 29 at the starting price of 34.8m RSD.

According to the fund`s web site, the package of 171,654 stocks will be offered for sale at minimum price of 203 RSD per stock.

The minority package of stocks of "Medifarma" was also offered for sale on the auction on July 1st at the price of 304 RSD per stock, but there were no interested buyers on that occasion.

The price of stock of "Medifarm" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 263 RSD per stock, and they have not been the subjects of trading ever since they were registered on January 25, 2008.
