Jedinstvo Sevojno GM approves dividend payment – RSD 294.12 per share

The Annual General Meeting of the Sevojno-based company Jedinstvo, held on June 28, adopted all the proposed decisions on the agenda.

The shareholders accepted the management's proposal of paying slightly under RSD 88 million, i.e. RSD 294.12 per share (dividend yield a the latest price of 6%) from the previous year's profit of RSD 161.7 million.

The record date is December 31, 2016.

The GM also adopted regular and consolidated reports for 2016. As already known, Jedinstvo had consolidated operating income of close to RSD 6 billion last year, a growth of 31.2%, whereas net profit grew 4.2 times to RSD 409.2 million, Wisebroker reports.
