New air route from Nis – Germania Flug establishes flights to Zurich

The Nis Airport has established cooperation with the Swiss airline Germania Flug and a new flight to Zurich will be available at the airport from now on.

CEO of Germania Flug, Tobias Somandin, said that the company already had flights to several destinations in the Balkans, but that Nis was extremely interesting and attractive.

– Many people in this field work in Switzerland and we are glad that direct flights are now available to them – Somandin said.

He said that Germania Flug was offering an entire package along with the ticket purchase, a full meal and free first luggage, whereas the second one cost EUR 35.

The chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Nis Airport, Radoslav Bubanj, said that the airport was already cooperating with big companies such as Wizz Air, Swissair, Ryanair and now with Germania Flug as well.

– They are all bringing their passengers to Nis now, and we are getting a new connection with Switzerland – Bubanj said.
