THE NEXT WEEK, IN FINANCIAL TIMES, THE TENDER FOR STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY RTB BOR WILL BE PUBLISHED

Pre-qualifying tender for strategic partner for RTB Bor will be published the next week in the newspaper “Financial Times”- testified Mr. Nebojsa Ciric, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Regional Development.

-The main goal of this public international invitation is to enable us to make the valuable choice of the company that is interesting in strategic partnership with RTB Bor- said Mr. Ciric and added that all the interesting companies will have the deadline until September to visit the copper works and to be well informed about its potentials.

The Deputy Minister of Economy and the Regional Development said that the Government of Serbia will made the final decision about the privatization of this Bor’s big company after the suggestions made by the companies interesting in strategic partnership with RTB Bor.

-After that, in September the official tender will be published for submitting the bids for

election of the strategic partner for RTB Bor. The main condition, that we are not going to step back, will be that the companies that will apply for participation at this tender have to be the owners of their own mines, as the producers of copper and precious metals, and they will be obliged to have the references that will grant the development of this Serbian producer of copper and precious metals- stated Mr. Ciric.
