"Jaffa" increases capital by 375m RSD

The stockholders of Biscuit factory "Jaffa" from Crvenka have decided to increase basic capital of that company by 375m RSD, to total of 1.7 billion RSD. This was announced today (July 3, 2008) in the report from the Annual assembly of stockholders.
According to the report published in the Belgrade newspaper "Politika", the capital will be increased thanks to the money from the reserves, undistributed profit from the previous years and undistributed profit from year 2007.
Following the increase in basic capital, nominal value of the stocks of "Jaffa" will be increased from 11,300 to 14,500 RSD per stock.
"Jaffa" registered fall in profit in 2007 by 41.2%, to 120.6m RSD.
The incomes of the biscuit factory from Crvenka have grown by 5.1%, to 1.63 billion RSD, while the expenses went up by 12.9% , to 1.49 billion RSD.
THe price of stock of "Jaffa" on the Belgrade STock Exchange amounted to 30,000 RSD on July, and the market value of the factory is 3.5 billion RSD.
