Company "Holcim" invests 83m EUR in broadening of production capacities of cement factory near Paraćin

- Company "Holcim" will invest 83m EUR in broadening of capacities of cement factory in Novi Popovac within next three years - said the Executive Manager of "Holcim" in Serbia, Gustavo Navarro, today (July 2, 2008).

On the occasion of presentation of projects for improvement of local community, which will be financed by "Holcim", Navarro said that that company had, so far, invested 90m USD (about 56m EUR) in the infrastructure of the cement factory.

- "Holcim" will continue to invest and broaden production because it is expected that Serbia's development will be accelerated. Broadening of production capacities of the cement factory will make it possible for "Holcim" to keep the pace with the growth of Serbian civil engineering industry - said he.
