Serbian 3x3 basketball national team defends title

Serbia men's national 3x3 basketball team has defended its world champion title, having defeated the Dutch team with 21:18 in the final of the Nantes World Cup.

The Serbian team, consisting of Dusan Domovic Bulut, Marko Zdero, Marko Savic and Dejan Majstorovic started the game off poorly, allowing the Dutch team to reach the score of 4:1 early on. Nevertheless, the Novi Sad men later started playing much better, leading with 8:6 and finally finishing the uncertain match with 21:18, thereby defending the 1st place.

Dejan Majstorovic was pronounced MVP. The Serbian team previously defeated the USA (17:14) and France, the host of the tournament, with 22:11.
