Knjaževac-based "Jersey" finishes installation of units for production of milk and whey in powder - production to start at end of July

Installation of equipment for production of milk and whey in powder in Knjaževac-based cheese factory "Jersey" is close to end. The production should start at the end of July, and the new kiln for whey will be the only one in Serbia and one of the most modern kilns in the Balkans.

- We will be processing about 30,000 liters of whey a day. That quantity will give us two tons of whey in powder, which is in high demand, first of all, in food-processing industry - says Dejan Videnović, the Technical Manager of company "Jersey".
