Two companies privatized in Bujanovac - another nine companies wait for new owners

According to the web site of the Privatization Agency of Serbia (www.priv.rs), two companies have, so far, been privatized in Municipality of Bujanovac and another nine companies expect the new owners.

Manufacturer of tools "Alatnica" and building company "Integral" were sold on the auctions in 2006 and 2007.

Privatization was accelerated in 2008, so that another five companies should get the new owners at the end of summer.

According to the data provided by the Privatization Agency, Tobacco industry "Bujanovac", factory of mineral water and juices "Heba", catering companies "Proleće" and "Vrelo" and company for production of mineral water "Vrelo Prohorovo" should be privatized on the tender.

Tenders have already been announced for Tobacco Industry and "Heba".

The auction privatization will also be organized for the company for animal meat processing "Jugokop", mine "Feldspat", company for production of plastic packaging "Gumoplastika" and Veterinarian station "Bujanovac".
