Second tender announced for "Yugoslav River Shipping" - deadline for submission of bids is September 26

Privatization Agency has announced the second tender for privatization of company "Yugoslav River Shipping", and the deadline for submission of bids is September 26.

The bids can be submitted by all companies that operate in field of water transportation for minimum three last business years, the owners of the fleet with the minimum capacity of the freight space of 50,000 tons and with the incomes amounting to not less than 20m EUR in 2007.

Tender documentation will be available starting July 11, 2008, and the fee for its takeover will amount to 8,000 EUR.

This time, the Agency tried to ensure success on the tender by asking for high auction guarantee worth 1m EUR.

Privatization Agency cancelled the tender for sale of "Yugoslav River Shipping" in March 2008.
