Construction of Novi Sad Promenade starts

(Future look of the Promenade shopping center) The works on the construction of the shopping mall at the corner of Bulevar oslobođenja and Bulevar cara Lazara, near Novi Sad Spens, officially began. Ground works, as preparation for the construction of a magnificent Promenada shopping center, were started by P.A.B. Excavators and trucks of Vrsac-based company have already been excavating and transporting ground from the most expensive land in Novi Sad.

The first buyers of shopping mall, whose area is planned to more than 140,000 square meters, and which was designed by architect Djordje Bajilo from Novi Sad, should be accommodated up to December 5 2018.

South African company Nepi Real Estate, which has shopping centers around the world is building Promenada. For this shopping mall, it bought the most expensive and most attractive building land in Novi Sad. As previously announced by investor, over 60 million euros will be invested in the new shopping mall and it should employ about 1,500 workers.

Nepi Real Estate once allocated EUR 31 m for land, app. EUR 10 m ( RSD 1.2 billion) more than the initial price.
