- Tender
for sale of majority package of stocks in Zrenjanin-based drugs factory "Jugoremedija" should be announced in next few days - Nadica Margold, a member of the Administrative
Board of that company, announced.
- The stockholders of "Jugoremedija" will be invited to join the stocks to the state-owned package of 41.93% of capital and offer them for sale on the tender - said Margold.
According to her words, the
conditions for tender sale of "Jugoremedija" have been met when the ownership
over 41.93% of stocks of that drugs factory was transferred from company Jaka
80 to the Share Fund of Serbia.
- In that way, the verdict about breaking of the sales contract with Macedonian company Jaka 80, owned by Jovica Stefanović from Niš, reached by the Trade Court in Belgrade in 2006, has finally been realized - said Margold.
The dispute between minor stockholders and former owner Jovica Stefanović, caused by illegal privatization of "Jugoremedija", lasted for more than 3 years, and the decision about cancellation of privatization was made at the end of year 2006 by the Higher Trade Court in Belgrade and Privatization Agency.
