European Union backs regional development of Serbia with 2.5m EUR - contracts to be signed on June 30

Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Božidar Đelić, and Head of the Delegation of European Commission to Belgrade, Žosep Ljoveras, will sign the contracts on donation worth 2.5m EUR today (June 30, 2008), within the scope of EU’s support to the regional development agencies in Serbia.

The contracts on donation will be signed with the representatives of the regional development agencies of Kragujevac, Leskovac, Užice, Zrenjanin and Zaječar.

Signing of the contract and press conference will take place in the presence of the Head Adviser of the Delegation of European Commission to Serbia – Ferenc Simon.
