Minority package of stocks of Serbian Recycling Factory on auction on July 1st

The Share Fund of Serbia will offer minority package of 11.6% of stocks of Serbian Recycling Factory from Grejač for sale on the auction on July 1st at starting price of 1.7m RSD.

Total of 2,574 stocks will be offered for sale at starting price of 649 RSD per stock.

The factory deals with recycling of glass and non-metal waste and, according to the data provided by the Business Registry Agency, the factory realized incomes worth 17.5m RSD and expenses worth 17.4m RSD in 2007.

The Factory has production unit at 418 square meters, offices at 18.8 square meters and 12 employees.

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, majority owner of Serbian Recycling Factory is Greek "Hellenic Recycling Papaioannou" with 74.28%, the Share Fund owns 11.6% of stocks, while 14.12% of stocks are owned by minor stockholders.
