MK Commerce, Delta bank, Italian and Slovenian companies want the shares of Mitrosrem

MK Commerce, Delta bank, and several Italian and Slovenian companies are interested in the privatization of Agricultural company Mitrosrem in Sremska Mitrovica, says Stevan Jovanovic, the president of the Basic organization of the Union of independent unions in that company. It is planned to privatize the company by way of tender procedure, and it is expected that the whole procedure be over by the end of this, or the beginning of next year. Mitrosrem possesses more than 8.000 hectars of arable areas, Factory for corn processing and human nutrition Corn-produkt, mini slaughtery and a good number of farms for breeding fattening animals, oxen and poultry.
