Canadian company "Notus"
is interested in investing more than 20m EUR in construction of wind-generators
on the territory of Belo Blato in Municipality of Zrenjanin.
It was explained after the meeting between the President of the Executive Council of Vojvodina, Bojan Pajtić, and President of that company, Miodrag Andrić, that the construction of 17 wind-generators, of which total power would be 20 MW, would be financed within next four years.
The Executive Council of Vojvodina formed the Council earlier
for the use of wind energy as a renewable energy source, and its task is to
coordinate realization of such projects.
So far, the protocol on cooperation for construction of wind-generators on several locations in Vojvodina has already been signed with about ten investors.
