Assembly of stockholders of NIS adopted Draft social program that should become part of sales contract with strategic partner

Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) announced on June 23rd that the Assembly of stockholders of that company had adopted the Draft social program for NIS at the special meeting.

That program should be the integral part of the sales contract with strategic partner of NIS.

Draft social program was made in association with the management and representative trade unions of NIS, as well as with the representative trade unions at the level of Serbia, and it was adopted by the Administrative Board of the national oil company.

Draft social program includes all significant issues related to protection of social-economic position of the employees in NIS, including expiration date, wages, level of severance pays, residential issues, education, etc.
