The dairy in Odzaci, after entering the Salford group, started the production of the famous Pivnicki cheese again

The dairy in Odzaci, which does business within the dairy of Novi Sad, member of the Salford Investment Fund from the Great Britain, processes 50.000 liters of milk daily into the famous Pivnicki cheese, which used to be made earlier in the production capacities of the dairy in Pivnice village. The workers moved to Odzaci, and in this dairy 20.000 liters of milk is turned into the powder milk, further distributed into the confectionery industry.

Thanks to favorable crediting, mini farms of milking cows sprout in the municipality of Odzaci, specially in places like Ratkovo and Karavukovo. (Review)
