New sale of property of IMK 14. Oktobar – Value estimated at RSD 4.8 billion

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of movable and immovable property of Industrija Masina i Komponenata 14. Oktobar from Krusevac through direct bidding along with collection of written of bids.

The property is located on the company's premises in Krusevac and consists of metal processing facilities, building land, accountable property, inventory, construction and technical documentation...

The advertised property has been estimated at around RSD 4.8 billion, and the complete list can be found in the tender documentation.

The bids are submitted to the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade by June 28, 2017, at 11 am, and the public opening is to be held 15 minutes after the expiration of the said deadline.

The bankruptcy proceedings in IMK 14. Oktobar were initiated in January 2016.

As Tanjug reports, the state is the majority owner of this company, which was under state protection until late May 2016. The company entered the pre-bankruptcy procedure in July.

After the initiation of the bankruptcy proceedings, the factory had around 160 employees, whereas there are around 130 at the moment.
