"Keramika" from Mladenovac sold to consortium of companies "Inter gas" from Belgrade and "Oil BG" from Sofia for 1.13m EUR

Company "Keramika" from Mladenovac has been sold to the consortium of companies "Inter gas" from Belgrade and "Oil BG" from Sofia for 1.13m EUR.

- The only bidder on the tender promised to invest at least 3m EUR in "Keramika" and accepted the basic social program - Privatization Agency announced.

The third tender for sale of 62.83% of stocks of "Keramika" was announced on September 28, 2007, and Privatization Agency approved of signing of the contract with consortium of companies "Inter gas" and "Oil BG" on May 30th.


"Keramika" has 401,170 stocks whose price was 1,311 RSD per stock yesterday (June 19, 2008) on the Stock Exchange, while the market value of the company amounted to 525.93m RSD, which is 6.57m EUR according to today's middle exchange rate.

The stocks owned by the Share Fund and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund have been sold on the tender, while the remaining stockholder own less than 0.1% each.
