If so, the address you should look up is that of the Italian government, which is to give away 103 historical locations. As they say, they are looking to enhance tourism in unusual places and in old Italian towns and cities.

The castle which hosted the wedding ceremony of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, Orsini-Odescalchi in Bracciano, is among the offered castles. A range of historical monasteries, ruins, farms and fortresses, as well as the 13th-century Castello di Montefiore and 11th-century Castello di Blera, have also been offered.

Those interested in acquiring a castle may send their suggestions as to how to make one of these locations attractive to tourists by June 2017. The applicants whose plans are selected by the commission are to be awarded a nine-year rental contract, the LUX Life portal reports.
