The Supervisory Board of the Nikola Tesla Airport has scheduled the General Meeting for June 22, 2017, and the shareholders record date is June 12.
The main items on the agenda are the adoption of financial reports and reaching the decision on the distribution of profit, but the proposal of this item is not yet available to the shareholders.
The airport had net profit of RSD 3.2 billion last year, and RSD 1.42 billion (RSD 41.29 per share) has already been distributed as interim dividend. The record date was November 25, 2016, whereas the potential additional amount to be paid to the shareholders, for whom the record date was December 31, 2016, will be approved at the GM, Wisebroker reports.
