Branko Tupanjac, EDAG and Opel together in Zastava and Serbian government - 500 million EUR?

An American businessman of Serbian origin who lives in Chicago again visited Zastava on Friday, January 28, 2005. He announces that he plans to invest about 500 million EUR in Zastava.

Unofficially, there were representatives of 2 German companies with him in the visit: the representatives of  EDAG , a company specialized in drawing passenger vehicle plans, and the representatives of the famous automobile factory Opel, which operates within American Ford. After the meeting in Zastava, the negotiations were continued in Serbian government in Belgrade.
