Additional capitalization of NLB Bank worth 146.9m EUR

- In the third round of sale of stocks of Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), all 439,985 newly issued stocks worth 146.9m EUR have been registered and paid, so that the additional capitalization was successful - NLB announced.
Additional capitalization of NLB commenced in mid-April when the existing stockholders of the bank had the right to register 898,204 new stocks. They paid for 471,696 stocks, that is, 52.52% of total offer, worth 157.5m EUR.
According to Slovenian agency STA, the two largest stockholders did not participate in that offer - Belgian KBC and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
In the secound round, during which local and foreign physical and juristic persons were buying the stocks of NLB, there were 426,508 stocks, about 5% of which were paid less than 5m EUR.
Remaining stocks went in the third round intended for institutional investors, which was ended yesterday.
NLB was selling its stocks at unique price of 334 EUR per stock, so that total value of the additional capitalization was 300m EUR.
