Package of 69.62% of stocks of Sugar factory "Kovin" on Belgrade Stock Exchange on July 8

The package of 69.62% of stocks of Sugar factory "Kovin" will be offerd for sale on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on July 8 at starting price of 3.3m RSD.

The Share Fund of Serbia will offer 328,577 stocks of Kovin-based Sugar factory on the auction by the method of minimum price, at starting price of 10 RSD per piece.

Sugar factory from Kovin had total incomes worth 5m RSD and expenses worth 190m RSD in 2007, so that its loss amounted to 201m RSD.

The value of the factory's capital has not been mentioned.

According to the data provided by the Central Securities Registry, remaining 30.38% of stocks of Sugar factory in Kovin are owned by minor stockholders who have less than 0.2% of stocks each.
