Remaining property of Loznica's "Drina" for sale of July 10 - starting price for trade center is 166.3m RSD

Serbian Privatization Agency has scheduled the second auction for sale of property of Loznica-based public company "Drina" in bankruptcy for July 10th.

The property of that company includes Trade Center, of which starting price will be 166.3m RSD, a restaurant (3.6m RSD) and loading truck (214,000 RSD).

The first auction took place at the beginning of May when administrative building was sold for 50.5m RSD and warehouse for building material for 13.1m RSD.

This once famous trade company was unsuccessfully privatized at the end of year 2004 and it has been in bankruptcy for 2.5 years.
