"Dukat" - 100% owner of Bitola-based dairy "Ideal Šipka"

Croatian dairy industry "Dukat" has announced today (June 16, 2008) that the process of takeover of Macedonian dairy "Ideal Šipka", which was started on November 23, 2007, is close to end.

According to the announcement of "Dukat", dairy "Ideal Šipka" is the second largest dairy on the market of Macedonia, it is the leader in cheese production on Macedonian market and it annually processes more than 30m liters of milk.

"Dukat" is now the 100% owner of Bitola-based dairy "Ideal Šipka".

It owns units in Zagreb and Bjelovar, as well as one dairy in Sombor, Serbia, and one in Gradačac, BiH.
