The Securities Commission has issued the license for founding the Investment Fund Management Company "Rose Asset Management".

That is the 14th investment fund management company in Serbia and its owners are businessmen Milan Beko and Miodrag Kostić and the CEO of broker company "MV Investments", Dragijana Radonjić-Petrović.

The CEO of the company is Goran Mrđa, former Executive Manager in the Privatization Agency and member of the Administrative Board of Port of Belgrade, of which co-owner is Beko.

Beko and Kostić are not the owners of any of 15 investment funds that currently operate in Serbia.

The value of the property of all funds amounts to about 42m EUR.
