Minority package of stocks of company "Hinom" on auction on June 24 - starting price is 6.9m RSD, deadline for submission of documents is June 19

The Share Fund has announced that 38.03% of capital of chemical company "Hinom" from Novo Miloševo will be offered for sale on June 24 at starting price of 6.9m RSD.

According to the announcement, total of 13,848 stocks, that is, 10,428 stocks owned by the Share Fund and 3,420 stocks owned by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, will be offered for sale at starting price of 500 RSD per stock.

Deadline for submission of documents is June 19, 2008.

Total incomes of the company in 2006 amounted to 75.4m RSD, while its expenses amounted to 90.4m RSD.
