Ministry of Finance has announced public invitation for procurement
of new issue of state bonds worth 1 billion RSD.
Nominal value of one
bond is 10,000 RSD, while the minimum value of the offer for procurement
is 100,000 RSD.
The bonds will be issued on June 17 when the auction for sale of these securities will also take place. Maturity date is September 16, 2008.
The state bonds can be bought by all domestic juristic
persons and citizens through members of the Central Securities Registry.
Amount of the sold state bonds, according to the Ministry of Finance, depends on the offered discount rate for nominal value of bonds and on the decision of the Minister, or the person he authorizes to make the decision, about the highest discount rate that an offer for procurement must contain in order to be accepted.
