"Raiffeisen Investment" provided consulting services in over 50 transactions in privatizations, mergers and takeovers in Serbia

Company "Raiffeisen Investments Serbia", which provides consulting services, sees public companies, real estate sector, telecommunications sector, energy sector, retail sector and financial services as the generators of turnover in Serbia.

Since its opening in 2002, one of the leading consulting companies in central and east Europe has successfully participated in over 50 transactions in field of privatization, mergers and takeovers and it is the leading adviser of Serbia’s Privatization Agency.

- "Raiffeisen Investments" from Serbia was the adviser in privatization of Belgrade Baking Industry, Petroleum Industry of Serbia, IMT, Veterinarian Institute, Frikom, Telekom Montenegro and Telekom Srpska - the company announced today (June 12, 2008).

Some of its clients are governments of Serbia, Montenegro, Republic of Srpska, Mittal Steel, Salford, Uniqa.

In the forthcoming period, since the privatization process in Serbia is close to end, people in "Raiffeisent Investments" believe that they will provide consulting services in the privatization of large national companies (Dunav osiguranje, Electric Power Company of Serbia, JAT, Telekom).

The CEO of the Belgrade office, Radoš Ilinčić, pointed to real estate sector as especially interesting sector in Serbia and said that they counted on deals with large companies whose primary field of work was not real estate.
