Tender announced for sale of "Megaplast" - starting price amounting to 40.5m RSD

Privatization Agency announced the tender yesterday (June 11, 2008) for sale of property of company "Megaplast" from Donji Milanovac, the company that was a part of "Metal Processing Industry" (IPM) of Mining-Smelter Basin "Bor", together with "Zlatara Majdanpek" and recently sold Factory of Electric Products (FEP).

"Megaplast", which has 98 workers, is offered for sale at starting price of 40.5m RSD. This company deals with production of metal goods.

Slovenian company "Elektrokovina", one of the leading European manufacturers of lighting systems, bought FEP on May 23rd for 72m RSD.

According to the announcement, if "Megaplast" gets new owner, the auction sale of "Zlatara Majdanpek", the subject of great interest, will follow.
