"Gorenje" to take over Dutch manufacturer of household appliances "ATAG Europe" for 130m EUR

Slovenian company "Gorenje" will take over Dutch manufacturer of household appliances "ATAG Europe" for 130m EUR.

The contract on 100% takeover of "ATAG" was signed by the chiefs of these two companies on June 10.

According to the representatives of "Gorenje", purchase of ATAG is the greatest purchase in the history of that Slovenian company.

ATAG has 420 employees and realizes 90% of incomes by selling household appliances on the territory of Benelux, 75% of which are its own trademarks that mainly belong to the category of goods of high and higher class.
